Only after we stand in despairing agreement with Solomon, that life under the sun is crooked and without hope of ever getting straightened, are we ready for redemption. Indeed, the web of our lives is a tangled mess ever since, by sin, we severed the tether which connected us to God and held us up. Yet God actually came down under the sun to re-spin the tether of life and grace, born as the man Jesus Christ.
